Italy!

We have been in Italy for the last week and will give you a taste of our experiences evry few days.

We started in Florence and went to the Taste trade show where I took part in a forum on the relation between restaurants and producers.

We also saw a cured prosciutto with the tail attached!We then saw a great pancetta that was stretched out to its longest lengths.Finally, our friends at Ginori had created a plate for every single producer at the taste event. Eventually exhibiting this gorgeous amalgamation of plate motifs that encompassed the entire dining room!
